1. Who we work with
Renaesio provides web design and development services primarily for small businesses, founders, and organizations. By engaging us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of your business.
2. Proposals & pricing
Any pricing shown on this website is for reference and may be updated at any time. Final scope, deliverables, and fees are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement. Work typically begins after we receive your approval and, where applicable, an initial deposit.
3. Payments & refunds
Payments are due according to the schedule in your proposal or invoice. Because our work is custom and time-based, payments already made are generally non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by applicable law or explicitly agreed in writing.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise in your agreement, you receive the rights to use the final deliverables for your business purposes once the project has been fully paid. We retain ownership of underlying tools, frameworks, and know-how, and we may showcase non-sensitive work in our portfolio.
5. Third-party services & headless Shopify
Many projects involve third-party platforms such as Shopify, headless commerce tools, analytics, or hosting providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for any ongoing subscription, transaction, or usage fees they charge.
6. No guarantees
While we aim to create fast, well-designed websites, we do not guarantee specific business results such as sales, rankings, or traffic. Our services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renaesio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. By continuing to use our website or services after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
